We were approached by a public institution that, for reasons of reorganization and the increase in the agenda, exceeded the threshold for legal renders for purchases of medicines and medical devices under the Public Procurement Act.
Since the selection procedure was previously organized by the institution only exceptionally, out task was to audit the purchasing processes in terms of their compliance with the cited law.
